da betano casino: The Red Devils have been heavily linked with a move for the Spain international this summer as they look for a replacement for Zlatan Ibrahimovic, but while Mourinho has confirmed that he was interested in Morata, the Portuguese boss explained why he didn’t get the attacker.
The 54-year-old told The Sun: “We have not come to an economic agreement, that is obvious as well.
“But it’s Real Madrid’s right to ask for their players the amount of money that they want.”
United have since signed Romelu Lukaku in a £75m deal, and it remains to be seen whether the club will look to bring another striker to the club this summer.
Red Devils supporters were quick to have their say on their boss’ comments via social media, and while some still believe that signing Morata is a possibility, others believe there is no chance it will be happening now, unless David De Gea goes the other way.
